DESCRIPTION:

BAKED! is a 2D single-player platformer set in the whimsical Sprinkletop Cake Factory. The moveset is inspired by Super Mario Odyssey—so it’s easy to play but difficult to master, which keeps things exciting.

One of the unique things about BAKED! is the sneezing mechanic. Sneezing launches you backward, and you can combo it with other moves, making for some pretty diverse and fun gameplay.

  Now with a sleeker layout and helpful gameplay tips—same function, way better frosting.

• Keybinds menu (WIP)
  Not quite clickable candy yet, but the foundations are sprinkled in.

• Doors now go both ways!
  Enter or exit levels using the same door—welcome to modern bakery engineering.

• Cakes and sprinkles under icing now appear in bubbles!
  A visual-only change to reflect the factory’s sugary physics. It’s for lore. It matters.

Visuals & World

• New parallax background!
  Adds tasty depth and richness to the world—like layered sponge in a cosmic swiss roll.

• Small level layout tweaks for improved pacing and flow.

Performance & Fixes

• Slight performance optimizations for smoother gameplay.

• Visual touch-ups for clarity and immersion.

• Bug fixes... so many bug fixes. The moldy muffins won’t stop evolving. We’re trying.
